For outstation trips, billing usually starts from our garage and ends at our garage (or the drop-off point, depending on the specific package). For local trips, we calculate based on the kilometers traveled. We have a minimum billing distance of 100km per day for outstation bookings.

To confirm your booking and reserve the car, we typically request a small token advance amount. The remaining balance can be paid to the driver in cash or via UPI at the end of the trip.

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund of your advance token. Cancellations made within 24 hours may attract a nominal cancellation fee.

Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle type. Generally, a Hatchback can hold 1-2 medium bags, a Sedan can fit 2-3 medium bags, and an SUV (like Innova) is best for 4-5 bags or large suitcases. If you have extra luggage, please let us know in advance so we can arrange a carrier.
